Frances Nonye (Ezenwanne) Soludo was born on July 31, 1970, in lsuofia, Aguata LGA of Anambra State.
Nonye Soludo is believed to be the niece of the former Minister of Information, Dora Akunyili.

Nonye is a well-educated career woman. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
