US-Based APC Chairman Urges Patience: ‘Give the President Time to Implement His Reform Agenda’

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the United States of America, Prof. Adesegun Labinjo, has called on Nigerians to give President Tinubu more time.

Prof. Labinjo made this known during his visit to the party’s National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday.

The US-based APC chairman, along with fellow party leaders, pledged their support for the President Bola Tinubu government and the APC.

He also noted the current hardship ravaging the country is a global issue; hence, he called on Nigerians to desist from engaging in violent protests.

According to Labinjo, “We support you and our great President. We noted that since this country is facing turbulence at this time, we’re going there to show our support for our president, the national leadership of our party, and our great country.

“You’ll recall that obstacles must be on the way whenever there is a reform agenda. As a result, people must suffer in one way or the other.

But in the long run, everything will go according to plan. Our president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, came in to introduce reforms.”
