An unknown number of students of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) have been trapped after a 3-storey building collapsed near the campus.
According to reports by Channels Television, the incident happened on Saturday morning, September 14, during a heavy rainfall.
Videos that were shared on social media showed the building, which is located on Ekhator Street in Benin.
Reports reaching us are that some of the trapped students have been reportedly rescued, and the rescue operation is still ongoing.
