A 17-year-old boy identified as Master Israel Echezona has received a full scholarship from the Governor of Enugu State, Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
Master Israel Echezona, who is an indigene of Enugu State, emerged as the overall best candidate in the entrance examination of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria.
Governor Mbah made this known via his Twitter account on Monday. He commended Echezona for making his people proud and also for his stride towards becoming a source of inspiration to other children in the state.
The governor had previously pledged N23.2m initial fee but later decided to handle all of his other financial commitments until the completion of his programme.
