Edo 2020: Godwin Obaseki In Early Lead #EdoDecides2020

 

Edo state governor Godwin obaseki of the PDP (People’s Democratic Party) was found to have recorded more votes Than other rival parties from the results of 10 local government area being announced by the INEC (Independent and National Electoral Commission). 

A total of 14 political parties were involved in the political exercise, but the focus is been between Governor Obaseki and Ize-Iyamu. 

In total PDP had 162,044 votes while rival APC had 102,498 from the 10 Local Government Area so far.

Governor Obaseki is leading his All Progressive Congress rival, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, by a wide margin of 59, 546 votes.

The election held in 18 Local Government Areas, 192 Wards, and 2,627 polling units.
