On Wednesday, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, announced the swearing-in of 37 Commissioners and Special Advisers.
Sanwo-Olu, who made this known on his X (formerly Twitter) account, charged the new cabinet members to work together collaboratively to build on the achievements of his administration’s first four years in office.
The governor, who is serving his second term in office, praised the state’s executive council as being a blend of politicians and technocrats. He also added that the list comprised of 18 returning members from the previous cabinet and 19 new individuals.
Sanwo-Olu called on Lagosians to rejoice and anticipate the performance of his selection in the coming months.
